Body Microneedling

Restorative · Smoothing · Confidence-Boosting

From $300From 30 min

Microneedling isn't just for your face—smooth scars, stretch marks, and texture concerns across the body with collagen-stimulating treatment.

Choose an option

Wear loose clothing; avoid self-tanner and active topicals (retinoids, acids) for 3–5 days before treatment.

How often to book
Series of 3–6 sessions recommended for scars or stretch marks
Downtime
Moderate (Redness, tightness, and sensitivity for 2–5 days, dry skin can last from day 4 thru 9) Results are visible after 4 weeks
Results timeline

Immediate (0–72 hours): Skin may feel tight and appear red, similar to a mild sunburn.
Short-Term (1–2 weeks): Redness subsides, and skin begins to feel smoother and more balanced, though deeper changes aren’t yet visible.
Long-Term (4–6 weeks): Collagen remodeling becomes noticeable—skin appears firmer, more even in tone, and fine lines, scars, or laxity begin to improve.
Best Results: Achieved after a series of 3–4 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

Before your appointment

Hydrate well during the week before your appointment — your body will heal faster when hydrated.
Avoid NSAIDs (Advil, ibuprofen), alcohol, and smoking for 48 hours prior, as they can increase the risk of bruising.
Pause retinol, exfoliants, and active acids for at least 3 days before treatment.
Reschedule your appointment if you’ve had recent vaccinations, dental work, active cold sores, infections, or surgery within 2 weeks, as these can trigger inflammation and affect healing.
Eat a balanced meal and get a good night’s sleep before your visit to prevent lightheadedness during the blood draw.
Let your provider know if you bruise easily or take blood thinners.
Plan for downtime: skin may appear flushed or red for 2-4 days as your body begins the healing process.

After your appointment

0–24 Hours
Keep your skin clean and untouched. Do not cleanse, apply skincare, or wear makeup. You may gently rinse with cool water if needed for comfort. Redness or warmth is normal and should fade within a few days.
After 24 Hours
Begin your post-treatment routine:
Cleanse with Cleansing Complex (rinse off with cool or lukewarm water).
Soothe with a Biocellulose Mask for about 7 minutes after your first cleanse.
Hydrate using Copper Firming Mist and TNS Ceramide Cream morning and night.
Apply Vaseline if your skin feels dry or tight.
Begin mineral SPF at 24 hours and avoid direct sun for two weeks.
What to Expect
Mild redness: 1–4 days
Dryness or light flaking: 3–7 days
Small breakouts or whiteheads may appear between days 2–7
Avoid For Now
Sweating, intense exercise, saunas, or hot showers (72 hours)
Active ingredients (retinol, vitamin C, acids, or exfoliants) for 7 days
Waxing, laser, or heat-based treatments for 2 weeks
When to Call Us
If redness, swelling, or irritation lasts more than 4–5 days, please contact your provider.

Microneedling works by creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin using tiny, sterile needles. These micro-injuries trigger your body’s natural wound-healing response, stimulating your fibroblast cells to produce new collagen and elastin. The result: smoother texture, minimized pores, firmer skin, and a visible reduction in lines, scarring, and uneven tone.

Key Ingredients

While microneedling is generally safe, mild redness, bruising, swelling, or pinpoint bleeding can occur shortly after treatment. In rare cases, infection may develop if post-care isn’t followed properly. Less commonly, temporary irritation, pigment changes, or small breakouts may appear as the skin heals. Proper aftercare helps keep risks minimal and results optimal.
