Results timeline

Immediate: The face feels lighter, more relaxed, and subtly lifted with reduced puffiness.
24–72 hours: Muscle tension reduces, contouring effects become more noticeable as lymphatic drainage completes.
Long-Term (with consistent sessions): Improved jaw comfort and softer resting expression

Before your appointment

Arrive with a clean face if possible—skip makeup or heavy skincare that morning.
Pause exfoliants (retinol, AHAs, BHAs, scrubs) for at least 3 days prior so your skin is calm and ready.
Avoid in-office treatments like peels, laser, or waxing on the face for 14 days before and after this service.
If you're using prescription skincare (like tretinoin), let your provider know so we can adjust the treatment accordingly.
Hydrate well and get good sleep—your skin shows everything!

After your appointment

Skin and muscles may feel relaxed or slightly tender for a few hours.
Avoid heavy chewing or intense jaw use if you tend to clench.
Hydrate well and minimize alcohol or salty foods to support lymphatic drainage.
Stick to gentle skincare; pause actives only if your skin feels sensitive.
If intraoral work was performed, avoid heavily pigmented lip products for the rest of the day.

This treatment combines external sculpting massage, lymphatic drainage, and intraoral (buccal) massage to address tension and fluid retention in the face and jaw. Working inside the mouth allows deeper access to the masseter and buccinator muscles, helping release tightness that can contribute to jaw clenching and bulk. Externally, lifting and contouring techniques support lymphatic flow, improve circulation, and encourage subtle repositioning of soft tissue. The result is a more relaxed, “de-puffed,” and naturally contoured appearance without injectables.

Key Ingredients

  • Professional massage techniques
  • hydrating mask
  • optional intraoral buccal massage

This treatment is very low-risk. Mild soreness in the jaw or cheek muscles may occur after deeper release work. Temporary redness or warmth in the skin is possible from increased circulation. In rare cases, clients with significant TMJ dysfunction may feel increased awareness of the joint for 24–48 hours as tension patterns shift. Any discomfort is typically mild and resolves on its own.
