Renuva
Regenerative · Bioactive · Restorative
Signals fat-cell and collagen regeneration to restore soft, natural volume and enhance skin integrity—subtle, bioactive, long-lasting renewal.
Supports natural volume restoration, enhances collagen, improves skin density, firmness, and architectural integrity.
- How often to book
- 1–3 treatments spaced 6-8 weeks apart; best results build over 3–6 months
- Downtime
- Moderate (possible swelling, tenderness, warmth or bruising for 3–7 days depending on areas treated with product)
- Results timeline
Immediate: Subtle volume from the matrix itself; not the final result.
1–4 Weeks: Swelling settles and the adipose matrix begins integrating with your tissue.
6–12 Weeks: Noticeable improvement in volume, contour, and skin quality as new fat cells and collagen develop.
3–6 Months: Full, natural-looking results as the regenerated tissue matures.
Long-Term: Results are long-lasting and age naturally with you.
Before your appointment
Hydrate well in the days leading up to your appointment.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications or supplements (ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E) for 48 hours unless prescribed.
Pause retinol or exfoliating acids for 2–3 days.
Arrive with clean skin and no makeup.
Let your provider know if you bruise easily, take blood thinners, smoke, have an autoimmune condition, a history of cold sores, any active infection (including acne), allergies, recent dental work or vaccines, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Eat a light meal beforehand and wear loose comfortable clothing if treating areas beyond the face.
After your appointment
Mild swelling, tenderness, and a feeling of fullness in the treated area are normal for several days as the adipose matrix integrates.
Bruising may occur and typically resolves within 7–14 days.
Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and excessive heat for 24–48 hours.
Do not massage the treated area unless your provider specifically instructs you to.
Sleep with your head elevated if the face was treated, and avoid pressure to the area (no side-sleeping, face-down massage, or leaning on the face).
Hydrate well and maintain consistent nutrition to support collagen and adipocyte regeneration.
Follow all provider-specific aftercare instructions, especially if you are combining Renuva with other regenerative treatments like Sculptra, PRF, or microneedling.
Renueva restores soft volume and structural support using an advanced human allograft adipose matrix (Renuva®) containing naturally occurring growth factors, cytokines, and extracellular matrix proteins, as recommended by your provider.
This biologic matrix stimulates adipogenesis (the formation of new fat cells) and collagen remodeling to rebuild your own native tissue over time.
The result is subtle, natural-looking fullness, improved skin quality, and a more resilient, youthful contour that feels like you—not like filler.

Key Ingredients
- Renuva contains naturally occurring components derives from screened human tissue. It contains Extracellular Matrix Proteins (collagen, elastin, laminin), growth factors that signal adipogenesis + tissue repair, cytokines that support remodeling and improved skin environment, structural glycoproteins to enhance tissue integration Note: Renueva does NOT contain live cells.
Renuva has a strong safety profile, but as with any injectable, certain risks are possible:
Mild swelling, tenderness, firmness, or temporary unevenness during integration.
Bruising at the injection site.
Low risk of nodule formation or palpable fullness as the matrix settles.
Rare: inflammatory reactions, allergic response, infection, or unintended asymmetry.
Extremely rare: intravascular injection (your provider follows strict safety protocols to avoid this).
Most irregularities resolve as the graft incorporates and natural tissue regenerates, but adjustments can be made if needed.
