If you need to reschedule or cancel please call us within 48-hours. 608.230.3201

Cancellation Charge Breakdown:
• 48 hours or more in advance: No charge
• 48 hours or less: $50 cancellation fee
• 24 hours or less: $75 cancellation fee
• No-Show: $100 forgiveness fee

Repeat Offender Policy: If a client accumulates 3 or more cancellations or no-shows, they may be required to prepay for future bookings or may be limited to select appointment times.

Waitlist Alternative: Prefer not to prepay? You are always welcome to join our waitlist! You'll be notified when open times become available so you can book without holding a provider's time on the schedule.

Exception: In the case of a snow or weather emergency declared by local authorities, the cancellation fee will be waived.

Help us, help you: Our providers prepare for each appointment with care and intention. Late cancellations and no-shows impact not only our team, but other clients who could have used that time. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to keeping your appointments.
