CX Policy

Cancellation Charge Breakdown:

• 48 hours or more in advance: No charge
• 48 hours or less: $50 cancellation fee
• 24 hours or less: $75 cancellation fee
• No-Show: $100 forgiveness fee

Repeat Offender Policy:

After two ‘no-shows’ or cancellations of a scheduled appointment, you will be required to place a 50% deposit for desired service. (Toxin $130, Filler $350 etc.)

If you were to ‘no-show’ or cancel in less than 48-hours again, (shame, shame we’ll remember your name) that deposit is then forfeited.

Exception:

If there is a snow or weather emergency we will forgive the 48-hour cancellation policy. So please plan accordingly.

Cancellation policies are designed and implemented to respect our provider’s busy schedule and to the beautiful clients who are currently waiting to be seen.

Many of our services require pre-planning and a little downtime post treatment. When treatments and or services are cancelled in 24-hours or less, this leaves us and our waitlist with limited opportunities to fill these vacancies. We appreciate your willingness to comply and communicate in advance.
