Cancellation Policy: A credit card will be taken and put on your account to book and secure any appointment with us at LMB. Please be mindful of time needed to accommodate your appointment and or reschedule it. A charge may be applied to your card if a cancellation error occurs.
Cancellation Charge Breakdown:
48 hours or more in advance: No charge
48 hours or less: $50 cancellation fee
24 hours or less: $75 cancellation fee
No-Show: $100 forgiveness fee
